1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Driveinary Cloud (`drive.yoepan.my.id`), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the service.

2. Service Description and Model

Driveinary Cloud provides an open-source media gateway and API service operating on a Bring-Your-Own-Storage (BYOS) model. Users connect their personal or organizational Google Drive account to store, stream, and transform media assets via authenticated REST APIs.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

When using Driveinary Cloud, you agree that you will not:

  • Upload or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to circumvent API rate limits, authentication controls, or storage quotas.
  • Use the service to distribute malware, phishing schemes, or execute denial-of-service attacks.
  • Violate Google terms of service or acceptable use policies applicable to your Google account.

4. Storage Quotas and Availability

Driveinary Cloud does not provide proprietary disk storage. Storage quotas, file retention, and account limits are determined solely by your connected Google Drive storage plan. Driveinary Cloud is not liable for storage failures or rate limits enforced by Google Drive API services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Driveinary Cloud does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the authors or copyright holders of Driveinary Cloud be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Open Source License

The underlying Driveinary codebase is licensed under the MIT License. You are free to inspect, fork, and self-host the open-source software on your own infrastructure in accordance with the MIT License terms.
